This Historic painting which was created in February 2008, by Delaware’s Award-winning Folk Artist Eunice LaFate, features the Caesar Rodney Statue at Rodney Square in Wilmington Delaware.
It was by that Statue that then Illinois Senator, Barak Obama delivered his resounding message of HOPE and CHANGE, on February 3rd 2008. Obama went on to become America’s First Black President.
